Hurricane/Storm Prep

Regardless of the month, Florida is known for their intense storms and crazy hurricane seasons. Our goal is to create a plan with each homeowner that could include sandbags, vendor management, clean up and other necessary tasks to be as prepared as you can.

New Home Owners

Renter Management

Many new homeowners choose to rent their home and renters come with a very unique set of obstacles.

Our goal is to work with each renter as they prepare to move in and be their first call if an issue or question arises.

We work closely with vendors and the renters schedule to ensure repairs are taken care of quickly.

All-Inclusive Monthly Package

We have made it easy by putting together a package that includes House Management with 24/7 availability, Storm/Hurricane Management and Renter Management.  With this package the Absentee owner can rest easy that we are taking care of any needs that arise. 

$400 per month or 15% of rent collected

House Management Package starting at $150 a month

Hurricane/ Storm Preparation with follow up ranging from $180- $240 per month*           

Renter M​anagement Package

          $150 per month*

-Photo and video of home immediately following

-Call with owner to discuss any damage and plan

-Assist with guest keys, utilities and move in requests

-Greeting of guest and tour of home

-First call when issues arise

-Scheduled onsite appointments to view home

-Evacuation plan for guests when needed

-Arrangement of vendors

-Arrangement of cleaning upon guest departure
